Andrew Feinstein

A fifth-generation Denverite, Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in real estate investment and management as well as hospitality, entertainment, communications and event production. Andrew’s ancestors arrived in Denver's historic Curtis Park neighborhood in 1870 and he has continued the family tradition by running and developing businesses in the Five Points neighborhood.

Currently, Andrew is a managing partner in the EXDO Event Center and Tracks nightclub, as well as the EXDO Management property group which oversees nearly two million square feet of commercial property in the Denver metropolitan area and participates in joint venture vertical development.

Prior to returning to Denver in 2009 to join the EXDO family, Andrew spent 10 years in Los Angeles as an animation, television and new media producer and nationally syndicated cartoonist developing content for global entertainment companies including Fox Sports, Warner Bros. and Nickelodeon. Andrew is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta where he received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.

Andrew now resides in the River North (RiNo) Art District where the EXDO Event Center is located and he has served as co-chairman of the RiNo Art District board since 2012. Andrew also serves on the board of the RiNo Business Improvement District, the Anti-Defamation League Rocky Mountain Region and on the Ambassador Board for Project C.U.R.E.

An avid traveler, Andrew participated with Denver Sister Cities International on diplomatic missions to Nairobi, Kenya in 2014 and Takayama, Japan in 2015 and has joined Denver Mayor Michael Hancock on delegations to Tokyo, Munich and Dubai.

Andrew is also a die-hard Denver Nuggets fan and is the founder and proprietor of DenverStiffs.com, the most read blog devoted to the Nuggets and their fan base worldwide.
