Brent Anderson is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of RESIGHT, LLC, a national real estate development company specializing in redevelopment of industrial and infill properties. With over 30 years of experience as an engineer, attorney and entrepreneur in the impaired asset industry, Brent has purchased, repositioned and sold numerous properties with complex transactional, entitlement and environmental issues.
His extensive knowledge and experience in structuring transactions, attracting capital partners, obtaining land use entitlements and regulatory approvals and managing projects are key factors to successfully completing each project and has earned him a solid reputation in the industry. Prior to forming RESIGHT, Brent practiced law and managed environmental remediation companies. He has completed over $300 million in remediation and property dispositions.
Brent is published in numerous technical and legal journals and has been an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at Colorado School of Mines, University of Colorado, Boulder and the University of Denver. He received a JD (Order of St. Ives) from the University of Denver, an ME in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines (Cum Laude) and a BS in Geology from Montana State University (Cum Laude). Brent is a member of the USEPA Environmental Finance Advisory Board and the Denver, Colorado, and American Bar Associations.
