Kevin G. Quinn is Executive Vice President, Regional President for Heartland Financial USA, Inc.’s West Region. His responsibilities include strategic oversight for Heartland’s banks in Colorado, Montana and California. HTLF is a $13 billion financial services company.
Prior to this, Quinn was President and CEO of Citywide Banks from 2009 to 2019, a Heartland Member Bank.
Quinn’s experience includes President and Chief Operating Officer of Arizona Business Bank (CoBiz Financial) from 2001 to 2009 and President of Colorado Business Bank OTC (CoBiz) 1998 – 2001.
From 1988 to 1998 he was with Norwest Banks-Denver (Wells Fargo) as a Senior Vice President and part of the senior management team of Denver Community Bank.
A Denver native, Kevin is a 1983 graduate of University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration/General Business. He also received a graduate degree in banking from Stonier Graduate School of Banking, University of Delaware in 1992.
Quinn has been active in business organizations and local charities throughout the Denver Metro area, including:
- Denver Health Authority Board Member and Finance Committee Chair. Denver Health is Colorado’s primary level one “safety net” hospital for health care services in Colorado.
- Trustee of the Boy Scouts of America Denver Chapter.
- Member of Colorado Concern, an alliance of top executives with a common interest in enhancing and protecting the Centennial State’s business climate.
- Downtown Denver Partnership; Board member of the Management Group. DDP creatively plans, manages and develops downtown Denver. The partnership also manages the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (BID) that provides enhanced services to make downtown Denver cleaner, safer and a more vibrant place.
Kevin and his wife have six children. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing and hiking.
