Ryan Good serves as Vice President and Partner for Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners where he oversees all leasing, property management, marketing and construction management activities. As a key member of Etkin Johnson’s leadership team, Ryan has been instrumental in setting a long-range vision for the company’s growth strategies and influential in building a dynamic and results-driven team that has achieved the highest portfolio-wide occupancy levels in the company’s 30-year history.
Known for his strong leadership skills, vast market knowledge and ability to work side-by-side with decision makers and municipalities, Ryan was promoted to partner status in 2013, becoming the company’s first and youngest partner. Etkin Johnson Group changed its name to Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners as part of a rebranding initiative to reflect his promotion and the noteworthy growth of the organization.
Committed to seeing the commercial real estate community thrive, Ryan believes in the power of business leaders coming together to build a stronger Colorado. He is involved in multiple industry associations, including Urban Land Institute (ULI), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS (DMCAR).
A Colorado native, Ryan’s commitment to his local community is demonstrated through his active involvement in numerous organizations including Leadership Denver, a program that brings together leaders to discuss and learn about the challenges facing the Denver Metro area for the purpose of expanding their commitment to voluntary civic responsibility. Additionally, Ryan served as first chair of the associate board for Food Bank of the Rockies and was a dedicated mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado for nine years. Inspiring others to get involved in community-centered organizations, Ryan also regularly coordinates volunteer opportunities for his Etkin Johnson colleagues.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in public finance from Indiana University, where he minored in entrepreneurship and small business management. He was a 2019 Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 winner and is a featured speaker for several commercial real estate publications and organizations.
