Stacy Roode has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Fidelity Investments in April 2018. She previously worked for Oppenheimer Funds since 1992, where she served in a variety of human resources positions, including Vice President Human Resources, before she was promoted to Vice President of Transfer Agent Retail Operations. In 2009, she was promoted to her role as Senior Vice President of Transfer Agent Retail Operations and later President of Shareholder Services Inc. – the entity providing transfer agent services for Oppenheimer. Stacy is currently the General Manager and Colorado Regional Site Leader for Fidelity Investments. As GM, Stacy leads the Denver site spanning client services, planning and advice, managed account teams, talent acquisition, as well as the critical roles dedicated to supporting the site. Stacy also leads the Regional Center Site leadership team that’s collectively focused on the broad sales and service efforts across the six regions.
Stacy is actively involved in the investment services industry. She’s a prior member of the ICI Operations Committee and the Transfer Agent Committee, the DTCC Wealth Management Services Senior Advisory Board, and the Board of NICSA (National Investment Customer Service Assoc). She currently serves as co-chair of the Colorado Investment Services Coalition, of which Fidelity was a co-founder. Roode has a BS in marketing from the University of Denver and a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is admitted to the Colorado Bar. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband Tom and her two sons, Jack and Joe.
