Anneliese Steel is the Corporate Affairs Director for Colorado Concern. Her goal is to engage members as we realize our policy objectives in the near and far term. She also oversees marketing and communications efforts.
Prior to joining the team, Anneliese spent a decade in the Outdoor Industry. She has worked for the Access Fund, the Colorado Outward Bound School, and several NGOs focused on international agricultural development. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Boulder Climbing Community, an advisor for the Colorado Inclusive Economy, a member of the Louisville Open Space Advisory Board and a member the University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs GOLD Board.
An avid rock climber, trail runner, and hiker Anneliese is dedicated to preserving the Colorado way of life while ensuring this state remains a great place to do business. She has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College. She has lived in Colorado since 2009.
